Grandview Heights addition/renovation project that transformed a cape code into an abode for an empty nester. The goals entailed integrating an open living space, a covered outdoor entertainment space, first floor primary suite, and a new detached garage. Additional bedrooms were integrated at the second floor for grandchildren sleep overs.
